Harry HJB IT

HJB has grown by focusing on providing the personal tailored service that Harry believes other small businesses are looking for. He deals personally with all his customers and acts as their main point of contact for both support and upgrade work, an approach that is far away from the faceless 'one size fits all' mentality of support desks and project managers in big IT Support companies. This allows him to build up great relationships with customers based on trust, honesty... and some jokes here or there.

IT Support you can trust

Harry Bull is a Professional Member of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. This means that not only does he have many happy customers who vouch for his knowledge and professionalism, but to be a part of this organisation he must meet levels of experience and qualification as well as always abiding by a strict code of conduct of honesty and professionalism.

Harry and HJB's Background

HJB was started by me, Harry Bull, in 2010 after being in the IT industry for many years working for a national Internet provider and graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc First Class Honours in Computer Networks.

HJB has gone from strength to strength over the last few years carrying out large scale upgrade projects and now providing regular IT support for small and medium sized businesses all over the East Midlands. Harry now has many happy and loyal customers in all types of industries including: export companies, residential care homes, student accommodation suppliers, recruitment agencies, building contractors and many more.

Away from work Harry has two big hobbies, Golf and Cars... "I've been playing golf at The Leicestershire Golf Club since I was a young teenager trying to find that ever elusive golf swing. So to take my mind off of my ever climbing handicap I can be found in the garage tinkering my old VW Golf."

My mission: A Personal, Jargon-Free Approach to IT

My aim is to provide an entirely personal service which I feel is now disappearing within my industry, building relationships with my customers and getting to know their business.
I always ensure to be open and communicate clearly with my customers, dropping the technical jargon and giving my customers honest advice that they can easily understand.

This approach allows me to provide an honest personal service to create tailored professional results.
