2. Personally Tailored IT Support

HJB IT is a small IT support company with a personal touch. All the support and upgrade work is handled personally by me, Harry Bull.

This personal approach allows me:

  • To build a relationship with all my customers - This lets me get a real understanding of how each business uses its IT, what it struggles with, and what may help it to grow.

  • To adapt my service entirely to any level of computer literacy and in house situation - You may have a technical person in the company who can fix the majority of small problems or you may have a company made up of employees skilled in areas away from IT.

  • To deliver my support how your business and the situation requires - I have a range of remote support tools to fix small problems quickly and efficiently, or I am always happy to make on-site appointments to solve problems in person. I am also constantly prepared to make on-site visits at very late notice to fix more urgent issues as required.

  • To work with all shapes and sizes of company - You may be a sole trader or your company may employ 20 people, you may provide a service or you may be a manufacturer of products.

  • To be as hands on or hands off as required - You may just want someone to call when things break, or you may want someone to take over every aspect of IT monitoring and maintenance.

3. You Choose How You Pay


I offer two ways in which you can pay for your IT support so you can pick the best method that suits you: Pay As You Go and Monthly Fixed.

Flexible Payment Options

Pay As You Go

This is perfect for smaller companies or companies that have a member of staff who can handle the majority of day to day IT problems. Companies like this very often find that for the majority of the year they won't need much use of their IT Support and could therefore, on average, save large amounts of money with Pay As You Go Support.

You only pay for the support you use and nothing more. All rates are clearly set out before any support starts and you will receive a monthly invoice outlining any support you have received.

Monthly Fixed Cost

This is more suited to slightly larger companies or companies that don't necessarily have an in house first line of support and need a little bit more regular assistance from me. It allows companies to fix their monthly cost no matter how much support they use.

This payment scheme does normally require a few months of Pay As You Go support before it is on offer so I can get an idea of how much support you normally need. Your support is then reviewed every three months so that your monthly plan can adapt as your business changes.
